Breaking Ground Missions has always been committed to training and equipping disciples for the Great Commission. Training is a critical part of the strategy for reaching the people of Uganda for Christ. Men are identified and then selected to attend our one year training program either at our first training center in Kamuli or our new training center in Ntungamo. We accomplish twelve weeks of training across a one year period. 

Each student is required to provide his own transportation each month to one of our training centers where he attends a week long training cycle. They must also provide their own Bible, notebooks, and writing utensils.

While here at our training center, we provide instruction in sound biblical doctrine, lodging, food, and discipleship through staff and other believers. 

All training schedules are clearly communicated to our student pastors so they can plan and avoid unnecessary absence from classes.

BGM offers our training in two languages depending on the training center. Our Kamuli training center teaches classes using English and the local language of Luganda. The training center in Ntungamo teaches in English and Runyankole Rukiga.

After graduation, pastors are put on the list to be assigned a new church plant as God provides. Some of these pastors decide to be a part of our evangelism teams going out into th e villages while they are waiting for their new Church Plant.
